Trista Bridges
Principal
Trista Bridges is a highly regarded senior advisor with extensive experience in strategy execution topics, ranging from international business development and organizational training and development to corporate strategy. Trista has worked across a broad spectrum of industries, including Life Sciences, FMCG, Digital Technology, and Financial Services, and geographies from Europe to the Americas and Asia. Trista is a firm believer in the importance of incorporating sustainability in business strategy and operations, an area of increasing focus for her clients. Trista holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and BSE from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Donald Eubank
Principal
Donald Eubank is a strategic planner with experience in the IT, finance, Cloud-computing and media industries in Asia. He's worked with multinationals and start-ups, launching new divisions, product lines and business services. Donald specializes in determining market opportunities and designing entrepreneurial initiatives; and making decisions based on data analysis that uncovers cause-and-effect relationships, considering results against real world conditions and formulating appropriate responses. A graduate of St. John's College's Great Books program of philosophy and science, he is able to quickly take deep dives on difficult new subjects to determine future direction for business development.




Hikaru Ishikawa

Hikaru is the CEO of detouur. Born in Japan and raised in Austria, Hikaru is passionate about bridging cultural gaps and promoting diversity. A graduate in Political Science from Waseda University, he has worked for Morgan Stanley, Inpex Corporation and the former Japanese Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Shigeru Ishiba. Hikaru formulates the company’s vision, strategy, and growth prospects.
Junko Nagao
Strategy Advisor
Junko is an expert in leadership coaching and sustainable solutions advising for mission-based organizations. Throughout her career, she has worked with social venture businesses and non-profits to improve products and services, communications strategies, and fundraising programs to maximize impact and fulfill their mission in diverse markets. Junko holds a BA in Political Science from Barnard College and an advanced degree from Harvard University.
Vinod Kesava
Advisory Partner
Vinod is the principal founder and CEO of Climate Resources Exchange (CRX) and the CRX CarbonBank. A pioneer in carbon markets since 2003, Vinod leads a team of highly-qualified professionals in designing, developing and implementing carbon pricing roadmaps. Vinod is a practitioner of the Integrative Design Process, which he now employs in carbon markets. His current focus is on Article 6 of the Paris Agreement in linking the international carbon markets in order for countries to meet their INDCs and through bespoke MRV measures.


Chiaki Takesako

Chiaki is the founder of VEGANIE, an ethical and Fair-trade lifestyle brand. She is an experienced copywriter, having worked for many years at Hakuhodo DY Media Partners, Daiko Advertising, and Orange & Partners. Chiaki is a graduate of Nihon University of Art and was the winner of the Tokyo Copywriters Club New Comers Award 2007. She is a serial entrepreneur, having previously launched a social enterprise linking India and Japan, and continually experiments to develope new, sustainable models to promote the livelihoods of the under-served. Her current work creates business opportunities for ethical craft producers and female artisans to improve their standard of living.
At Read the Air, Chiaki helps with cross cultural communication to foster mutual, clear understanding in our English and Japanese communications.
Luke Macon
Collaboration Partner
Luke has spent more than a decade working as a sustainability practitioner, developing and advising on sustainability projects with environmental non-profits, government entities and business organizations. He is a specialist in novel problem solving and excels in untangling complex situations in which an organization is having difficulty in developing new solutions from scratch or in building from a current state to a more efficient model. Having worked across Europe and Japan in the fields of environmental science, sustainability, management and economics, Luke applies a high-level international view of environmental and energy-efficiency issues from a business and policy perspective. He has a Masters of Science in Clean Technology (Energy Management and Energy Engineering) from Newcastle University, UK and is currently pursuing a doctorate at the University of Kyoto in Sustainability, with a focus on economics.
